Outlet and Work light control

A multitude of outlets inside the theatre, lobby, and backstage areas have smart plug adapters for remote control of the space.

How to turn on and off?

These smart plugs are white in colour. When facing the outlet, there is a button on the left side which can be depressed to turn on or off the outlet. This allows usage without needing to unplug or side-step the smart plug.

IMPORTANT

Unless absolutely necessary, do not unplug any smart plug or any attached device. Use the button on the side to turn on or off the light. These outlets are linked to the [../lighting/relay-control](Lighting System) and should not be removed.

Remote access and control

The wireless outlets can be controlled from a web dashboard. This is accessible at https://nova-zigbee.mapletwine.dev

• Username: nova
• Password: same as the wifi password

CAUTION

Do not rename any device within the web dashboard. If a device needs to be renamed, contact the system administrator (Jade).
